ADMISSIONS

Thank you for your interest in Marist School. We are very pleased to inform you that the admission of new students/transferees is now open for school year 2024-2025.

Marist School welcomes anyone within school age, including children from 3 to 4 years old, to apply for admission.  To be admitted, an applicant must possess the necessary requirements for admission.  Read the requirements at the ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS section.

Reminder: Kindly make sure to present all the required documents upon enrollment to avoid delay.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Nursery Applicants

  • Nursery 1 must be at least 3 years old and Nursery 2 must be 4 years old on or before October 31 of the current year.

Kindergarten Applicants

  • must be at least 5 years old on or before October 31 of the current year.

Grades 1 Applicants

  • must have completed the DepEd-recognized Kindergarten Education Program (DO 47, S. 2016); and
  • must have already obtained a Learner Reference Number.

For Student Applicants with Dual Citizenship

  • Photocopy of Philippine Passport (data and latest note pages)
  • Report of birth of child born abroad of Filipino parents

For Foreign Student Applicants (for incoming grade Kinder to grade 10 only)

  • Photocopy of passport (data and latest note pages)
  • Alien Certificate of Registration or ACR-I Card (front and back)

Admission Requirements for Submission upon Application

  1. Accomplished Application Form
  1. Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  1. 2 pcs. 1×1 ID picture (white background)
  1. Current report card with 2nd Quarter grades (for incoming grade 1 to grade 12 applicants)
  1. Payment of application fee amounting to Php 500.00

NOTE:       *For KINDER applicants, submission of report card is not applicable.

*For students with enrollment gap, please provide a copy of the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) result or Certificate of Rating given by the Department of Education.

All requirements must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.  After paying the application fee, an exam permit will be given for the scheduled date of exam and interview.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  1. Submit the complete requirements to Registrar’s Office.
  1. Pay the Application Fee of P500.00 at the Business Office.
  1. Present the receipt at the Registrar’s Office to secure an Examination Permit.
  1. Take the examination and undergo interview on the scheduled date.
  1. Claim the results from the Guidance Counselor after 5 working days.

NOTE: For new applicants / new students, payments should be made onsite at the Business Office only. Credit card payments are accepted and should be made onsite only.
