Welcome to Marist School Admissions!

Thank you for your interest in Marist School. We are pleased to announce that applications for new students and transferees are now open for School Year 2026-2027.

Marist School warmly welcomes learners of all eligible school ages — including young children aged 3 to 4 years old — to become part of or growing Marist community. 

To ensure a smooth application experience, please read the Admission Requirements and Procedure section carefully. Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria and submit the required documents for their application to be processed an considered for enrollment.

General Requirements for Admission

We are delighted to guide you through the application process for School Year 2026-2027. Below are the general requirements based on applicant category:

Nursery Applicants

  • Pre-Nursery: Must be at least 3 years old on or before October 31 of the current year.
  • Nursery: Must be at least 4 years old on or before October 31 of the current year.

Kindergarten Applicants

  • Must be at least 5 years old on or before October 31 of the current year.
  • Note: In accordance with DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2025 (Amendment to DO 47, s. 2016), children turning five (5) years old between November 1 and December 31 of the current year must meet either of the following conditions:
    1. Completion of the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program for one full school year; or
    2. Completion of the Philippine Early Childhood Development (ECD) Checklist during the enrollment period

Grades 1 Applicants

  • Must have completed a DepEd-recognized Kindergarten Education Program (DO 47, s. 2016)
  • Must possess a valid Learner Reference Number (LRN)

Applicants with Dual Citizenship

  • Photocopy of Philippine Passport (data page and latest immigration stamp)
  • Report of Birth for children born abroad to Filipino parents

For Foreign Student Applicants (Incoming grade Kinder to Grade 10 only)

  • Photocopy of Passport (data page and latest immigration stamp)
  • Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR-I Card) — front and back

Documents Required for Online Application Upload

  1. PSA Birth Certificate
  2. 1×1 ID picture with white background
  3. Current Report Card showing 1st or 2nd Quarter grades (for incoming Grade 1 to Grade 12 applicants)
  4. Proof of payment of the Php 800.00 application fee

Important Reminder: The Marist Recommendation Form must be signed by the Homeroom Adviser or Guidance Counselor and submitted via email to registrar@maristschool.edu.ph. Please refer to the detailed instructions in the online application form.

Note for Applicants with Enrollment Gap

Applicant who have not been enrolled for one or more school years must submit either:

  • A copy of the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) result, or
  • A Certificate of Rating issued by the Department of Education to Marist School Registrar’s Office.

Admission Process for School Year 2026-2027

STEP 1: Complete the Online Application Form and Settle the Application Fee

To begin, please fill out the Online Application Form and settle the Php 800.00 application fee through one of the following options:

  • Bank Transfer to Banco De Oro (BDO)
  • Onsite Payment at the Marist School Business Office

Important: To proceed with your application, kindly upload a clear copy of your proof of payment — either the bank transfer confirmation or the official receipt — within the online application form.

STEP 2: Application Verification and Exam Schedule

Once your application and payment have been verified, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will also include your child’s schedule for the entrance examination and interview.

STEP 3: Entrance Exam and Interview

Bring your child to the school on the scheduled date for the entance examination and interview.

Note: You may claim the official receipt for the application fee at the Business Office on the same day.

STEP 4: Exam Results Notification

You will receive your child’s examination results via email.

STEP 5: Enrollment Process

Once your child has been accepted, you may proceed with enrollment. A separate email will be sent containing the list of requirements, along with detailed enrollment guidelines and procedures.

Admission for Grade 7 Scholars – SY 2026-2027

Welcome to Marist School Scholars Admissions!

We are pleased to announce that applicantions for Grade 7 scholar admissions are now open for School Year 2026-2027.

Marist School is deeply committed to nurturing academic excellence and holistic development through its scholarship program. To ensure a smooth and successful application process, we encourage all interested applicants to carefully read the Admission Requirements and Procedures section.

Important Reminder: Applicants must submit all required documents completely and accurately to proceed with the application. Incomplete submissions may result in delays or disqualification.

Required Documents:

  1. Two (2) pieces of 1×1 ID photos
    • Taken with a white background
  2. Photocopy of PSA-issued Birth Certificate
  3. Photocopy of Grade 6 Report Card
    • Must include 1st or 2nd grade Quarter grades
  4. Barangay Certificate
    • Verifying residency within the community
  5. Sketch Residence
    • A printed Google Maps screenshot showing the pin location of your home and the route to Marist School.
  6. Photocopy of latest / current Meralco bill and Manila Water / Maynilad

Important Reminder: Ensure that all documents are clear, legible, and complete before submission. Only applicants with complete requirements will be processed for the scholarship application.

Application Procedure for Grade 7 Scholars – SY 2026-2027

Follow these steps to complete your application for the Marist School Scholars Program:

STEP 1: Submit Complete Requirements

Submit all required documents to the Registrar’s Office.

Note: Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

STEP 2: Fill Out the Application Form

Complete the official Marist School Scholars Application Form provided by the Registrar’s Office.

STEP 3: Pay the Application Fee

Settle the Php 200.00 application fee at the Business Office and secure your official receipt.

STEP 4: Take the Entrance Examination

Present the receipt at the Registrar’s Office and you will be given a schedule for the scholarship examination.

STEP 5: Release of Results

Exam results will be available by February 16, 2026. After all Grade 7 scholar applicants have completed the exam and have been ranked based on their performance, a home visit will be conducted for selected top candidates. Final results will be released after the completion of this evaluation process.
