ADMISSIONS

Thank you for your interest in Marist School. We are very pleased to inform you that the admission of new students/transferees is now open for school year 2023-2024.

Marist School welcomes anyone within school age to apply for admission.  To be admitted, an applicant must possess the necessary requirements for admission.  Read the requirements at the ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS section.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Kindergarten Applicants

  • must be at least 5 years old on or before October 31 of the current year. This is only applicable for the school year 2023-2024 per DepEd.

Grades 1 Applicants

  • must have completed the DepEd-recognized Kindergarten Education Program (DO 47, S. 2016); and
  • must have already obtained a Learner Reference Number.

For Student Applicants with Dual Citizenship

  • Photocopy of Philippine Passport (data and latest note pages)
  • Report of birth of child born abroad of Filipino parents

For Foreign Student Applicants (for incoming grade Kinder to grade 10 only)

  • Photocopy of passport (data and latest note pages)
  • Alien Certificate of Registration or ACR-I Card (front and back)

Admission Requirements for Submission upon Application

  1. Accomplished Application Form
  1. Original PSA Birth Certificate
  1. 2 pcs. 1×1 ID picture (white background)
  1. Previous and current report cards (for incoming grade 1 to grade 12 applicants)
  1. Two (2) Recommendation Forms duly signed by the following;
    • Guidance Counselor, and
    • Homeroom Adviser / Subject Teacher

(Recommendation Forms are applicable for incoming grade 2 to grade 12 applicants and may be downloaded from the Downloadables section)

  1. Payment of application fee amounting to Php 500.00

NOTE:       *For KINDER applicants, submission of report card is not applicable.

*For students with enrollment gap / applicants ages 6-12 who shall be applying in basic education for the first time (who are currently studying in foreign countries), please provide a copy of the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) result or Certificate of Rating given by the Department of Education.

All requirements must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office or may be sent via email to registrar@maristschool.edu.ph After paying the application fee, an exam permit will be given for the scheduled date of exam and interview.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  1. Submit the complete requirements to Registrar’s Office onsite o via email at registrar@maristschool.edu.
  1. Pay the Application Fee of P500.00 at the Business Office.
  1. Present the receipt at the Registrar’s Office to secure an Examination Permit.
  1. Take the examination and undergo interview on the scheduled date.
  1. Claim the results from the Guidance Counselor after 5 working days.
