This is to ensure as near to a 100% response rate as possible.  <\/p>\n<p>The school administration is requesting all parents to answer the survey for a meaningful gathering of result.<\/p>\n<p>To fully accomplish the survey,  respondents are advised to do the following:<\/p>\n<p>1.\tOpen your browser on your device.<br \/>\n2.\tBrowse to www.gmail.com.<br \/>\n3.\tSign out if you are automatically signed in through a previous session.<br \/>\n4.\tSign in with your maristschool.edu.ph parent\/guardian account.<br \/>\n5.\tCopy the link https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1VvCdjqh1i8eeTHsK2aCJGWoH_scJNPMpp6L-euQ5z2Y\/edit?usp=sharing_eil_m&#038;ts=61b717f7 to your browser&#8217;s address bar and press Enter.<\/p>\n<p>Following the preceding instructions will ensure that the survey is accomplished by only legitmate parent\/guardian accounts and that responses are made by only the target respondents.
