Marist School Marikina Student Leaders Hold Interaction with Australian Marist Students

Officers of Marist Marikina grade school and high school homerooms and coordinating bodies and visiting students from Sacred Heart College, Australia, gathered at the Marist School Center for Music and the Arts (MCMA) on November 25, 2019 for a cross-cultural interaction program with the theme: One Heart, One Mind, One Family.  The activity gave the Filipino and Australian Marist students an opportunity for share ideas, experiences and talents, thereby, enhancing their experiences as individuals, students, global citizens, and Marists.

The Marist School Marikina-Sacred Heart College Australia socio-cultural interaction program started five years ago when both Marist schools decided to collaborate and provide a cross-cultural perspective of their respective student activity program as a step towards reaching out together as a global charismatic family to become bridge-builders and beacons of hope for the youth in this modern world, as called for in the 22nd General Chapter of the Marist Brothers’ Congregation.
