To facilitate and encourage better home-school partnership, the Marist VIOLETS (Virtual and Integral Online Education Through Technology and Support Systems) introduces the Google Workspace (GW) Account of Parents and Guardians.  The provision allows parents and guardians to access the school’s Google Workspace organization thereby making online communication between home and school faster and more secure.  More importantly,  teachers can invite parents and guardians to their classrooms without having to worry about vetting the identity of the invited.  This adds a layer of security to the VIOLETS environment which is of paramount importance in today’s concern over data privacy.

Parents and guardians will receive their GW account details through their children’s Marist GW accounts.  They are thus advised to check their children’s emails starting August 31, 2021.
