PRINCIPAL’S SURVEY ON COVID 19 STATUS
The principal’s office is conducting a survey on “how students and their respective families are” considering the most recent surge in coronavirus infections in the NCR. Mr. John Benjamin Balatbat’s message regarding the survey reads as follows:

Dear Marist Parent/Guardian,

In light of the coronavirus surge currently being experienced in the NCR, Marist School is conducting a survey to know how our students and their respective families are at this time and whether they are directly or indirectly affected by the virus.
Using your Marist Parent Gmail account, kindly access the survey tool by clicking the link
Also, please accomplish the survey form as many times as the number of Marist child/ward you have. For example, if you have three children studying in Marist School, kindly accomplish the survey three times.
Indeed, the results of the survey will greatly aid the school in making crucial decisions. Rest assured that all your responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
